This Chefsrange DF28LD is a High output single tank electric fryer ideal for high volume operators, fitted with computer controls allowing upto 10 Recipes to be stored.

• Single tank - 28 Ltr  Oil capacity
• Supplied with 2 heavy duty wire nickel coated baskets
• Basket size  2 x 160w x 330d x 150h
• Top fitted with "foaming area" and anti drip edges.
• Fitted with Computer programmable controls - allows upto to 10 recipes to be stored, 
• Preset melting system upto 82ºC - this prolongs the life of the oil by allowing it to gently heat up 
• Thermostatically controlled upto 190ºC with safety thermostat set at 230ºC
• Highly efficient stainless steel armoured heating elements 
• The heating elements lift upwards  allowing easy access to the fry tank for cleaning
• Stainless steel fry tank
• Has a large cool zone - extends oil life
• Stainless steel exterior to door, front facia and basket hanging rail
