The Silverlink 600 BM4W is a starting base unit which uses wet heat on your chosen gastronorm pans (sold separately) Up to 3 1/3 GN containers, or other assortments can be accommodated.

Ideal for holding foods ranging from chillis and bolognaise to vegetables and sauces for up to 2 hours at a safe serving temperature this unit requires little maintenance or cleaning and is simple to use.

Fitted with a standard plug no installation is required and a front drain tap makes emptying quick and easy.
