Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery is always kerbside only unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made with us in written format.On the day of the delivery the person/driver may at his/her/their discretion assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customers sole risk.For large items, delivery address’s must be accessible by an 18 ton lorry, any access restrictions need to be made clear at point of order, Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.Deliveries will not be booked in these are classed as trade deliveries and it will be assumed the premises is open 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless prior notified, missed delivery attempts will incur a re-delivery fee. Heavy duty Lincat griddle with dual heat zones controlled independently. Thermostatically controlled for consistence performance and featuring a thick steel plate for even heat distribution and outstanding heat retention. The griddle also features a large fat collection drawer which is removable for ease of cleaning and a fat drainage channel which keeps surfaces free from grease.
- Two separately controlled heat zones give you the option of operating either zone independently to provide a smaller cooking area during quiet periods as well as offering versatility when cooking two separate meals simultaneously
- Hard wearing 12 mm think machined steel plate providing even heat distribution and excellent heat retention
- Thermostatically controlled to give accurate temperatures during the cooking process for consistent results
- Removable front drainer drawer which also makes for easy cleaning. Ideal for busy establishments
- The plate is fully welded into the frame to prevent leaks and places where food and carbon can build up
