• Free delivery for all orders £150 and over (ex. VAT)* Postcode & item dependant .
• Order before 4pm Mon-Fri for next working day delivery in the yellow and blue zones.
• Free next working day delivery now available on some large items such as Polar refrigeration.
• Order by 4pm Friday for Monday delivery, orders placed after 4pm and anytime over the weekend will be delivered Tuesday onwards in the yellow and blue zones.
• Age restricted items will include ID check at point of delivery. 
• We will not deliver age restricted items to minors.

* We endeavour to deliver the items within the timescales above but cannot guarantee these timescales. Should you need your item quickly please always check with us first that this is achievable.

Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises as well as ensuring that the Carrier has sufficient access to complete the delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit or if the carrier is unable to deliver. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility and may incur an additional cost.

Help us ensure a successful delivery

If you have placed an order for a large item, here are a few things to check, to make sure everything goes smoothly on the day.

• Can we get a delivery vehicle, the size of a bin lorry down the road?
• Can we legally park outside or on the property?
• Will you be in when we deliver?
• Will it fit though the front door? If any doubt, please grab your tape measure and check.
• Will the item fit around any bends or corridors?
