A commercial hob (sometimes called a boiling ring or cook top) is a versatile machine which provides a convenient countertop or free standing location for you to cook soups, fry steaks, boil stocks and more. Professional gas or electric hobs offer easy-to-use functionality and are usually built from robust stainless steel for simple cleaning and hygiene.

Commercial hobs are available in many shapes and sizes, from portable electric hobs to full size, freestanding gas hobs with six or even eight powerful burners. Strong cast iron pan supports ensure the stability of even large catering stockpots - promoting safety and improving your kitchen's cooking capacity.
