The majority of our orders are shipped with Parcelforce.
Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery is always kerbside only unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made with us in written format.On the day of the delivery the person/driver may at his/her/their discretion assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customers sole risk.For large items, delivery address’s must be accessible by an 18 ton lorry, any access restrictions need to be made clear at point of order, Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.Deliveries will not be booked in these are classed as trade deliveries and it will be assumed the premises is open 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless prior notified, missed delivery attempts will incur a re-delivery fee. Keep the inside of your Kasai Grill looking as new as the day you bought it with our replacement tiles for the Kasai Extra Long konro grill.
These easy-swap replacement tiles are made from a natural mineral that goes through a process called exfoliation to become the innovative Kasai tile. These special tiles reflect heat back into the grill, making the temperatures more consistent. They have been specially designed to withstand temperatures of up to almost 1,200ºC/ 2,200ºF.
At the end of their service life, these tiles can be crushed for composting, making them 100% compostable.
The process to replace tiles is simple:
Remove base tile by turning the Kasai Konro upside down and slowly pushing against the brick (please ensure all charcoal has been removed first).
Once removed, turn the unit back to the upright position and remove the side tiles followed by the end tiles.
Clean the unit - this is a dishwasher safe product once tiles are removed. Ensure the unit is fully dry before inserting new tiles.
Install the new end tiles first, then the side tiles before dropping the base tile into position.
