Heated drawers for storing hot food in advance of service. Food is kept in GN containers in each drawer, which have hot air circulating and an integral water tray at the base of the unit. Please note: must be positioned under a bench or fixed position to prevent tipping.
Slide under unit enabling food to be prepared in advance of anticipated serving time and stored in gastronorm containers in specifically designed heated drawers.
