What Are Kamado Grills?

Kamado grills are oval shaped, much like an egg, and manufactured from metal with a ceramic shell, a top half "Lid" and a bottom half "Body" complete with a sprung hinge and a cast iron top vent and stainless opening bottom vent to allow precise temperature control.

Recently Kamado grills have becoming popular amongst grilling enthusiasts due to their efficiency at circulating and retaining heat, the vents can be adjusted to keep a steady temperature for hours on end allowing these grills to be used for long "low & slow" cooks or high heat pizza or grill cooking.
