If you encounter any issues with your appliances, we recommend consulting the troubleshooting guides in the user manuals first. If the problem persists and cannot be resolved using the troubleshooting guide, please follow the appropriate warranty procedure outlined below.

If, upon inspection, we determine that the repair is not covered under warranty, we reserve the right to charge for the initial engineer's inspection and any subsequent repair costs. This includes failures due to neglect, misuse, incorrect operation, improper installation, maintenance, cleaning, and water scale, all of which should be checked before requesting an engineer.
