- All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery date.
- Goods must be unused and in their original packaging (this includes any pallet).
- Customers must return the item(s) at their own cost.
- The restocking charge for returned items is 25% of the full invoiced amount. Delivery charges will not be refunded/credited.
- Refunds will only be paid once the returned goods have been inspected and after deduction of any restocking charges have been made. We will also deduct any costs for repairing any damage or replacing any missing components that were supplied with the original order.
