Delivery Damages

Please note that the following points were the conditions of delivery that were agreed to at purchase:

PALLETISED DELIVERIES

  1. Packages must be checked thoroughly BEFORE you accept any product or delivery.
  2. Any products that have visual damage you MUST REFUSE
  3. By signing and or accepting (or someone doing so on your behalf) you are indicating that you are receiving your order in good condition. Therefore, once the delivery is accepted, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages, and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
  4. If the driver will not wait for you to inspect the goods, please refuse the delivery and we will rebook delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERIES

  1. Products delivered as parcels will be delivered to you with a parcel service company. Delivery driver will not wait for you to check the goods for transport damages. If you find the product damaged in transit, you must report any damage to JD Catering Equipment via this form within 24 hours of delivery to make a claim.
