The Topline range is completely developed and manufactured in our Italian factory for the requirements of the food service and catering markets. A patented rinsing system ensures optimal washing results.

Overview of the Smeg steam heat recovery solution (SHR+)
• An integrated steam condensing unit is installed on the rear of the machine (SHR+) (overall machine depth is only increased by 9mm)
• The SHR+ unit is installed at the factory and therefore means the machine is ready for installation like a standard hood type machine on delivery (no additional work/time necessary to attached and install the unit)
• Patented SHR+ design for the use in commercial dishwashers was developed by Smeg’s commercial dishwasher R&D department in partnership with our medical / instrument division.
