The majority of our orders are shipped with Parcelforce.
Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery is always kerbside only unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made with us in written format.On the day of the delivery the person/driver may at his/her/their discretion assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customers sole risk.For large items, delivery address’s must be accessible by an 18 ton lorry, any access restrictions need to be made clear at point of order, Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.Deliveries will not be booked in these are classed as trade deliveries and it will be assumed the premises is open 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless prior notified, missed delivery attempts will incur a re-delivery fee. Containing real rose, this botanical syrup easily adds the trend for Middle Eastern flavours to drink menus. Sweetbird rose partners with lemonade and iced tea syrups for exciting and unique refreshment when the weather is hot. Even better, when these are combined in a blender with Sweetbird liquid frappe to create granitas and frozen lemonades. In winter, adding just two pumps to hot chocolate offers customers the ultimate Turkish Delight treat. This syrup works well with white chocolate too, whether milkshake, frappé or chocolate. Being free from artificial colour this syrup adds a gentle pink tint to drinks, rather than a garish artificial pink colour.
Ingredients - Sugar, Water, Natural rose flavouring with other natural flavourings, Fruit and vegetable concentrates: black carrot & elderberry, Acid: Citric acid.

The grinder is great but I paid over a month ago for this item you did keep me informed about the delivery but to be honest paying and then waiting over 4 weeks to receive it I think it’s a bad way to sell an item before you even have it I should have gone directly to santos would have been cheaper and quicker. Please understand a small business like mine needs cash flow to stay trading you haven’t helped with this at this very busy time of year
