The majority of our orders are shipped with Parcelforce.
Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery is always kerbside only unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made with us in written format.On the day of the delivery the person/driver may at his/her/their discretion assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customers sole risk.For large items, delivery address’s must be accessible by an 18 ton lorry, any access restrictions need to be made clear at point of order, Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.Deliveries will not be booked in these are classed as trade deliveries and it will be assumed the premises is open 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless prior notified, missed delivery attempts will incur a re-delivery fee. Designed and manufactured in the UK, the Bertha Interflorescence charcoal oven is the perfect way to cook breakfast over embers, grill fish for lunch, and Paella for friends in the evening. There is no end to how versatile the Bertha is - game, burgers, fish, scallops in their shells, lobsters, vegetables, pizzas, breads, half chickens and any variety of meat cuts, especially on the bone are cooked to perfection with a cooking time of 10 minutes and under.
The special design of the Bertha charcoal oven means heat is retained in the walls and roof of the chamber, creating an even temperature throughout. Cooking on a Bertha brings inspiration to your menu, and works with any cuisine! This one piece of equipment allows you to expand your offering, create a point of difference to your competitors and increase revenues.
Bertha has been designed and manufactured in the UK since 2008. Manufactured from 304 British stainless steel, the Bertha is extremely versatile, allowing you to cook from 100ºC-550ºC for sustained periods of time. Thanks to its enclosed charcoal grill, food retains all its natural moisture and flavour, giving you unbelievably succulent chargrilled food every time.
