The majority of our orders are shipped with Parcelforce.
Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery is always kerbside only unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made with us in written format.On the day of the delivery the person/driver may at his/her/their discretion assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customers sole risk.For large items, delivery address’s must be accessible by an 18 ton lorry, any access restrictions need to be made clear at point of order, Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.Deliveries will not be booked in these are classed as trade deliveries and it will be assumed the premises is open 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless prior notified, missed delivery attempts will incur a re-delivery fee. Which trays fit the LCOT oven?
The LCOT accommodates four GN 2/3 containers directly on its shelf runners. Two removable shelves are included. The product specification lists four shelf positions with 80mm spacing.
Will the LCOT fit on my counter?
Its external dimensions are 495mm wide, 570mm deep and 520mm high. Allow space to open the side-hinged door and follow the installation manual for ventilation and clearances.
Does the LCOT need hardwiring?
No. The LCOT is a 2.5kW electric countertop oven supplied with a 13A plug. The product specification lists a 230V single-phase supply. Check that the counter and supply are suitable before use.
What cooking controls does it have?
It offers fan-assisted convection cooking from 50°C to 250°C, with dial controls. Two removable shelves and a double-glazed side-opening door are included. Check the current manual for timer operation.
