Both the interior cabinet and the exterior construction is made from high quality AISI 304 stainless steel, making the whole unit durable and easy to clean. And as the tray slides are embedded, there's no fussy clips or brackets to clean around either - just slide out the shelf and wipe down.

The glass door makes the AUP-22G GD a great choice for food display. Whether the fridge is set up in customer-facing areas or in the kitchen, it's easy to see the contents without opening the door - the energy-saving LED lighting ensures the contents are highly visible at all times. The door can also be locked, helping to secure the contents whenever required.

Control is via an intuitive front-mounted touch panel. This user-friendly panel provides all the functionality you need, from acoustic and visual alarms when temperatures exceed set parameters, to a handy HACCP system which keeps logs of temperature readings.
