An essential accessory to Vogue's range of gastronorm trays, simply place the drainer plate at the bottom of the gastronorm and put food on top. The juices will go through the drain holes in the plate, making it easy to use.
Constructed from strong polycarbonate, the box is very robust and durable - enabling it to stand up to many years of heavy duty usage and therefore limit your need to buy replacements.
The polycarbonate construction is also dishwasher safe, which saves time spent hand-washing during busy services in professional kitchens.
