The majority of our orders are shipped with Parcelforce.
Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery is always kerbside only unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made with us in written format.On the day of the delivery the person/driver may at his/her/their discretion assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customers sole risk.For large items, delivery address’s must be accessible by an 18 ton lorry, any access restrictions need to be made clear at point of order, Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.Deliveries will not be booked in these are classed as trade deliveries and it will be assumed the premises is open 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless prior notified, missed delivery attempts will incur a re-delivery fee. Designed specifically for catering environments, the Masterchef Catering HSE 10-person first aid kit contains all-blue contents. It meets HSE standards for workplaces with up to 10 employees, depending on the risk level. The kit complies with the Health & Safety Executive's 1997 Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) requirements for first-aid provision in low-risk workplaces.
The kit is housed in a compact green Aura3 box made from 100% recycled and recyclable polypropylene. It features blue safety clips, a secure airtight lid to keep contents clean and moisture-free, an integrated carry handle, and a built-in wall-mounting bracket for easy access and visibility in emergencies.
Inside, you'll find a complete set of first-aid essentials tailored to small catering teams. Contents include 6 triangular bandages, 4 eye pad dressings, 3 large HSE dressings, 9 medium dressings, 2 pairs of gloves, guidance leaflet, 40 assorted blue plasters, 12 safety pins and 10 cleansing wipes. These items cover the most common kitchen injuries, including cuts, burns, and eye injuries.
