Delivery and Shipping

The majority of our orders are shipped with Parcelforce.

Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Delivery is always kerbside only unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made with us in written format.On the day of the delivery the person/driver may at his/her/their discretion assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customers sole risk.For large items, delivery address’s must be accessible by an 18 ton lorry, any access restrictions need to be made clear at point of order, Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.Deliveries will not be booked in these are classed as trade deliveries and it will be assumed the premises is open 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless prior notified, missed delivery attempts will incur a re-delivery fee. Please ensure you read our full SHIPPING POLICY

Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the oven's enclosed charcoal grill design ensures food retains its natural moisture, resulting in succulent, chargrilled dishes every time. With 15 tray height options and the capacity to produce up to 90kg of meals per hour, it offers remarkable versatility and output for a wide range of culinary applications.

Designed for sustained periods of high-performance cooking, the Bertha oven operates efficiently from 120°C to 550°C, and can cook up to 40% faster than traditional open grills. Its innovative design, including dual bottom air vents for two heat zones and a fire break, allows for precise temperature control and safe operation under traditional canopies. The integrated stand and caster wheels provide easy positioning, whilst the built-in grease tray and ash pan streamline cleaning processes.

The Bertha charcoal oven features an insulated door and walls, contributing to improved efficiency and a more comfortable working environment by preventing heat escape into the cooking area. The addition of an accurate analogue thermometer located at the front, along with the ability to customise the door colour, makes the Bertha a highly functional and aesthetically pleasing investment for any professional catering space.
