Delivery and Shipping

The majority of our orders are shipped with Parcelforce.

Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

PME's cocoa velvet spray adds a gorgeous velvety texture to cakes and desserts, akin to a professional dusting of icing sugar but without the mess. It works beautifully on chocolates, cakes, cupcakes, ice-cream, mousse, cheesecakes and other desserts, and will lift even the simplest dessert to the next level by adding an attractive textured finish.

PME's cocoa velvet spray is made with real cocoa butter, so it will not alter the taste of your cake or dessert. For best results, apply the spray when the dessert is slightly chilled.

Ingredients - Propellant Gases (E943a, E943b, E944), Cocoa Butter, Colour (E172). Nutritional Info (per 100g): Energy: 884 Kcal/Kj. Fat: 100g, of which saturates: 60g, Carbohydrates: 0g, of which sugars: 0g, Fibre: 0g, Protein: 0g, Salt: 0g.
