Blast Chillers

Choose capacity using your largest batch, food type, starting temperature and required chilling time. Published capacity figures can depend on specific test conditions, so check the manufacturer’s specification.

This cannot be confirmed from the product name alone. Your chilling process, loading method, monitoring procedures and applicable food-safety requirements must all be considered. Seek appropriate professional guidance if you are unsure.

Confirm dimensions, delivery access, electrical requirements, drainage where applicable, ventilation clearance and the permitted operating environment in the manufacturer’s documentation.

Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions. Clean food-contact surfaces with suitable products and take care not to obstruct or damage sensors and air passages.

Delivery time depends on the item, availability and your postcode. Check the Delivery and Shipping information on this page; delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. For a required delivery date, access restrictions or a large equipment delivery, contact us before ordering.

Warranty length and cover vary by manufacturer and model. Check the Warranty tab and product description for this item. Contact us before ordering if the cover or installation requirements are unclear.

Check our Returns Policy before ordering. Eligibility and any charges depend on the item, its condition and the timing of your request. Contact us before fitting a spare part or returning an order.
