Stainless Steel Equipment FAQs

Is this product suitable for a commercial kitchen?

Check the product’s dimensions, materials, load rating and configuration against its intended use.

How do I check that it will fit?

Measure the final position and complete delivery route, including doors, corners, stairs and lifts. Allow for pipework, upstands, taps and working clearance where relevant.

How should stainless steel be cleaned?

Use a mild product suitable for the specified finish and a soft cloth, working with the grain where visible. Rinse and dry, and avoid unsuitable abrasive or chloride-based cleaners.

Does it require assembly or installation?

Requirements vary by model. Check whether the product arrives assembled and whether wall, water or waste connections are required. Use a qualified tradesperson where appropriate.

When will my order arrive, and what does delivery cost?

Delivery time depends on the item, availability and your postcode. Check the Delivery and Shipping information on this page; delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. For a required delivery date, access restrictions or a large equipment delivery, contact us before ordering.
