Perfect for salads, fruit and chilled pasta, the Victor Empress Refrigerated Air Well provides a bed of cool air for your chilled products, keeping them fresh, crisp and delicious. Suitable for pans up to 65mm deep (not included), this unit makes the perfect storage unit for self service buffets and salad bars where customers assemble dishes directly from the pan. With four heavy duty castors you can easily position the unit where it best benefits from customer flow, just as you can move it after hours for cleaning and maintenance.
