The majority of our orders are shipped with Parcelforce.
Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery is always kerbside only unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made with us in written format.On the day of the delivery the person/driver may at his/her/their discretion assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customers sole risk.For large items, delivery address’s must be accessible by an 18 ton lorry, any access restrictions need to be made clear at point of order, Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.Deliveries will not be booked in these are classed as trade deliveries and it will be assumed the premises is open 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless prior notified, missed delivery attempts will incur a re-delivery fee. Monin's raspberry tea syrup uses only natural ingredients to create the mouth-watering, aromatic flavour of fruity iced tea. This intense fruit flavour packs a wonderful fruity punch and marries perfectly with the naturally astringent, smoky taste of black tea. Add water and ice to create a simple iced tea, or pair with gin and sparkling water for a refreshing alcoholic cocktail. Ingredients: Sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, tea extract (1g/l diluted in 1+10), concentrated raspberry juice, natural tea flavouring, natural flavouring, preservative- potassium sorbate. Total fruit juice- 41%, including 10% raspberry juice. Nutritional info (per 100ml): Energy 255Kcal/1067Kj. Fat: 0.0g, of which saturates: 0.0g, Carbohydrates: 61.9g, of which sugars: 61.3g, Fibre: 0.0g, Protein: 0.34g, Salt: 0.17g.

The grinder is great but I paid over a month ago for this item you did keep me informed about the delivery but to be honest paying and then waiting over 4 weeks to receive it I think it’s a bad way to sell an item before you even have it I should have gone directly to santos would have been cheaper and quicker. Please understand a small business like mine needs cash flow to stay trading you haven’t helped with this at this very busy time of year
