Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery is always kerbside only unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made with us in written format.On the day of the delivery the person/driver may at his/her/their discretion assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customers sole risk.For large items, delivery address’s must be accessible by an 18 ton lorry, any access restrictions need to be made clear at point of order, Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.Deliveries will not be booked in these are classed as trade deliveries and it will be assumed the premises is open 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless prior notified, missed delivery attempts will incur a re-delivery fee. The drop-in design makes the soup kettle ideal as a permanent fixture to any countertop of your choosing.
The Mirage soup kettle benefits from induction heating which is highly energy efficient, helping you to reduce your running costs. Designed for dry heat operation the Vollrath doesn't need to be filled with water before use. Accurate sensors ensure precise heating temperatures, keeping the food ready to serve and reducing food waste caused by burning. The controls also provide handy pre-sets - ideal for quickly setting up before a busy service.
- Induction heating means no water is required, faster retherm times and better temperature control
- Heat is transferred directly to the induction-ready inset, which eliminates the need to monitor and refill water levels
- Sensors monitor the temperature at three points on the inset to activate the Stir Indicator LED which notifies the operator to stir the food to maintain temperature and quality
- Sensors reduce food waste and make clean-up easier by preventing food from burning in near-empty insets
- Pre-set controls for soup, chilli, mac and cheese
