Plus, every part of the pot is fully recyclable for effortless and guilt-free cleanup. Ingredients - Rolled Oats (61%), Sugar, Milk Protein Concentrate, Skimmed Milk Powder, Chocolate Flakes (5%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder), Natural Flavouring. Nutritional Info (per 100g): Energy: 1578KJ/375Kcal, Fat: 5.1g, of which saturates: 1.5g, Carbohydrates: 59.9g, of which sugars: 21.9g, Fibre: 6g, Protein: 19g, Salt: 0.12g.
