The lid is designed for everyday commercial use, so it's made to withstand a wide variation in temperature (-40˚C to 110˚C) - perfect for storage in fridges, blast chillers and coldrooms. It's specifically food safe too, so you know it's suitable for covering trays of food.
This purple lid is ideal for covering trays of ingredients of allergen-free ingredients. The distinctive colour ensures food types are safely kept separated.
