The Challenge

To address both thermal and energy challenges, JD Catering recommended and installed the Smeg Professional SPH515SH Hood Type Dishwasher with Steam Heat Recovery.

This advanced model integrates a Steam Heat Recovery system that **captures steam** generated during the wash cycle and repurposes it to **preheat incoming cold water**. The result is a significant reduction in overall energy usage and a noticeable decrease in steam release into the kitchen environment.
