An interior light illuminates the cooking process, allowing you to monitor progress and display food without opening the doors. Each spit is individually controlled via user-friendly temperature dials and a 120 minute timer, giving you precise control over cooking. Cleaning is also made simple with a slide-out grease tray and a drain-off tap to manage fats and juices.
