Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

HP742 Matfer Bourgeat Steel Wok Wood Handle 350mm Size: 350(Ø)mm. Material: Steel Cook delicious Asian cuisine steel wok from Matfer Bourgeat. Made from high-quality steel, the wok is durable enough to handle use in commercial and domestic kitchens, whilst offering excellent heat distribution to ensure consistent cooking results. The wooden handle keeps hands cool when cooking.

Note: before using for the first time, immerse the pan in hot water to remove any protective residue, using a brush. Dry the pan and then fry potato peels or slices sprinkled with plenty of salt in oil for a few moments. Discard. Briefly heat the pan again with a little oil, remove and dry with paper. After use, dry the pan with paper or rinse with hot water if necessary. Wash without degreasing agent. Dry and lightly grease.
