The majority of our orders are shipped with Parcelforce.
Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery is always kerbside only unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made with us in written format.On the day of the delivery the person/driver may at his/her/their discretion assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customers sole risk.For large items, delivery address’s must be accessible by an 18 ton lorry, any access restrictions need to be made clear at point of order, Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.Deliveries will not be booked in these are classed as trade deliveries and it will be assumed the premises is open 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless prior notified, missed delivery attempts will incur a re-delivery fee. Boasting a 200J, steel toe cap, these trainers are specially designed to reduce the risk of injuries caused by dropping heavy or sharp objects - keeping the end of the feet safe in potentially hazardous environments. A slip-resistant, waterproof rubber sole means feet stay dry, whilst also reducing the risk of accidental falls. Made from EVA, these trainers not only provide excellent durability that can handle most wear and tear, but also a lightweight construction that allows for constant movement in comfort - giving you long-lasting footwear that's as practical as it is cost effective! The outer material of the shoe has also been skilfully crafted from moisture wicking mesh to draw air in and stop heat building up quickly. This allows for sufficient airflow to the feet which helps to keep staff cool in hot, busy kitchens.

The grinder is great but I paid over a month ago for this item you did keep me informed about the delivery but to be honest paying and then waiting over 4 weeks to receive it I think it’s a bad way to sell an item before you even have it I should have gone directly to santos would have been cheaper and quicker. Please understand a small business like mine needs cash flow to stay trading you haven’t helped with this at this very busy time of year
