The food waste strainer for commercial sinks. The easy way to prevent food waste from going down the drain. It’s a unique sink strainer system designed and manufactured by Mechline to make it easier for kitchen staff to prevent food waste particles from entering the drainage system via the sink drain boss. How it works:
- Rinse the sink to wash all the food waste particles down into the basket.

Empty out the food waste into the recycling bin using the removable basket.
