The majority of our orders are shipped with Parcelforce.
Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Matfer Bourgeat aluminium baking beans are a great choice for consistently even blind baking of delicate pastries. Being quick to heat up and lightweight, the beans are perfect for evenly distributing across pastry crusts, leaving a much more level crust in comparison to heavier alternatives.
Aluminium also distributes heat evenly too, ensuring a uniform, well-cooked pastry every time. Just ensure to position a suitable barrier (such as baking paper) between the dough and the beans and you're good to go.
