Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Equally suitable for chefs on the move as well as permanent positioning in commercial kitchens, this high quality sous vide machine can be affixed to gastronorm pans or circular pots to accurately cook food at incredibly precise temperatures (within 0.01°C increments). Temperature and time is set using the user-friendly push-button control panel and TFT wipe-clean screen, which also includes a low liquid level and run dry warning system. The SmartVide is also perfect for regeneration.
